Structure should save work

Every additional list creates a decision. If entering a task starts with searching for the correct place, a task manager loses the advantage of quick capture.

Name lists after real areas of responsibility.
Keep rare topics in a collection list at first.
Expand only when the current structure repeatedly gets in the way.
