2. Visiting the website
When a website is opened, technically required connection data is sent to the hosting service. This may include IP address, time, requested page, browser information, referrer and HTTP status. Processing supports secure delivery and error analysis under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained only as long as required for operation and security.
3. Local appearance setting
The choice between light and dark appearance is stored locally in the browser. This technical setting is not used for advertising or analytics. No marketing services are used. The separate pseudonymous usage statistics are described in the next section.
4. Pseudonymous usage statistics
For technical and content improvement, one record per page view is sent to Appwrite Cloud in the Frankfurt region. It contains product assignment, hostname, path, language, time, referrer when present and a random session ID. The session ID exists only in browser session storage and ends with the browser session. The counter sets no cookies, uses no persistent local storage and sends no dedicated user agent field. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Support form and email
When the support form is submitted, product, name, email address, subject, message, language, source page and time are sent to Appwrite Cloud in the Frankfurt region. The details are used only to handle the request. If you contact us directly by email, the technical metadata of the email is also processed. Depending on the request, processing is based on Article 6(1)(a), (b) or (f) GDPR. Data is deleted when it is no longer required for handling the request and legal record keeping duties.
6. External links
Links to the Apple App Store and dedicated product websites open external services. Their respective providers are responsible for data processing there. These external destinations are not loaded automatically when this website is displayed.
7. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may also withdraw consent with future effect and lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
