Plan workouts without repeating the same week
Fixed weekdays are useful. Flexible intervals often fit changing work schedules and recovery better.

Two kinds of rhythm
A plan can happen on fixed weekdays or repeat after a chosen number of days. The first provides calendar clarity. The second keeps the training interval consistent.
Plan recovery too
A good plan is more than a list of exercises. Set count, intensity, rest and the time until the next session belong together. Training notes help put the load into context later.
Data as reflection
History, statistics and personal records show what actually happened. They do not replace a training decision, but they give it a stronger foundation.
